Meetings

During the whole length of the study, all relevant stakeholders will be consulted for their input and comments. Workshops and meetings will be organised in order to facilitate information exchanges. On technical issues, we will hold discussions with interested parties in a bilateral manner. If you would like to propose a meeting, please contact us.

  • Final stakeholder meeting was organised in Brussels on the 13th of July 2009. The intention of this meeting was to discuss the results of the Tasks 5 to 7.

    The presentation is now available. The minutes of the meeting will be made available as soon as possible.

  • Interim stakeholder meeting was organised in Brussels on the 18th of December 2008. The intention of this meeting was to discuss the results of the Tasks 1-4, and the further steps of the study.

  • First general stakeholder meeting was organised in Brussels on the 3rd of March 2008. The intention of this meeting was to discuss the Lot 15 scope and products definition based on the published Task 1 draft report, as well as preliminary data on Tasks 2 and 3.
